The birth of this content is due to some of the most incredibly challenging years of my life. Years that taught me the importance of learning how to “just be,” because sometimes you have no other choice.
When you make these practices part of your daily life the results will become automatic and long lasting. They reset your bodies “default” mode. You can control your emotions and reactions rather than having them be hijacked by your nervous system. This leads to inner peace and less drama in your day!
One of my favorite saying by C.S. Lewis is “You are not a body with a soul, you are a soul with a body.”
