I was so excited about making these bookmarks, until... I realized I had them upside down! Easy fix, great lesson. (I was getting cocky! I had to step back and take a deep breath.)

I'm pivoting. When I created The Art of Business I geared it toward artists. At this point in time I'm changing that to make it more broad. Anyone starting and building a business is a "creator" and I want them in this group!

Wednesday's Zoom business call had technical issues and it ended up being a call with only myself and Dr. Amanda Smith. I used OpusClips (free software!!!!!!!!!!!) to find the highlights and edit into small chunks and then I pieced it together with Movavi (was supposed to be free editing but I ended up buying a lifetime subscription). The end result is only 8 minutes long and you can scan through it for information that interests you. For example, Dr. Smith explained to me what functional medicine is. I found that fascinating. Also, as a small business owner we spoke about how she has marketed her business. A lot of it is completely organic. With that said, she still had to take the time and energy to put herself out there to connect with new patients.
