The Top 1% Fitness Standards (Aged 18-50): - Push-Ups: 75 minimum, 100+ elite - Pull-Ups: 20 minimum, 25+ elite - 1 Mile Run: 4:30 minimum, 4:00 or faster elite - Plank Hold: 4 minutes minimum, 5+ minutes elite Most men will never reach these numbers, but that’s not the point. The point is to pursue the highest version of yourself. Every rep, every run, every disciplined meal gets you closer.
