You Don’t Have to Prove Your Strength Today Some days, faith looks like moving forward. Other days, faith looks like allowing yourself to be supported. «“The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.” — Psalm 23:1 NLT» God’s care doesn’t always arrive through dramatic signs. Sometimes it looks like rest, wise support, a kind conversation, an ordinary provision, or just enough strength for the next step. Today, notice three places where your body is already being supported: the floor beneath your feet, the chair beneath you, or the surface behind you. Take a slow breath and remind yourself: I am cared for. I am guided. I don’t have to carry everything at once. Then spend a quiet moment noticing something living, a tree, flower, herb, bird, or patch of grass. Let it remind you that growth doesn’t require constant striving. Nature receives light, water, rest, and time. Ask God: What is mine to do today, and what can I release into Your care? Take one practical step. Release one burden. And thank God for one form of provision that is already present. What are you releasing to God today, and what is one thing He has already placed in your hands?
