Happy Wednesday Everyone! Today's session was all about making decisions from your genuine alignment.....and realising that we often don't make decisions because of old programming. Sovereignty requires us to take full responsibility for our decision. If we are used to avoiding, delaying or redirecting decisions to others this can feel big......but the cost of not taking ownership is far more challenging and draining. Today's session was real and raw as we unpacked family dynamics and how we shift energy between the parties involved. The same dynamics are relevant to other relationships, it is just that the consequences are maybe felt more often or stronger with those closest to you.
