bacon and cheese turnovers
First time making bacon and cheese turnovers in the air fryer, they were amazing How to make: • 2 eggs • Bacon • Cheese • Ready-made puff pastry sheet Take the ready-made puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 squares (or more, depending on the size of your sheet). Grate the cheese (I used mild cheddar) and place it in the middle of the squares, creating a bed for the bacon. Place 2 or 3 slices of bacon on top of the cheese and fold in the corners. Beat the eggs and brush them over the top. Then, place them directly in the air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes. Then, turn them over at the end for 1 minute to crisp them up underneath
