We're all adults. Most of us are navigating full lives, demanding jobs, and a tech landscape that feels like it changes every Tuesday. So we're keeping this simple.
Be generous with what you know. Someone in here is three months behind where you are right now. If you figured something out, share it. That's how this works.
Ask the "dumb" question. There's no such thing in here. The question you think is too basic is the one ten other women are afraid to ask. Ask it.
No comparison spirals. Everyone is on a different timeline. If someone's further along than you, that's data, not a verdict on your potential. If you're further along than someone else, be useful, not superior.
No promoting and definitely no cold pitching strangers in DMs...that's an automatic "eject" button hit.
The community is intended to be a safe, productive, and encouraging space for all levels, but especially beginners. Let's support and cheer each other on!
