I'm BLOWN away ... over the past week we've welcomed in another 28 new members 😮...many of whom have dove in and started engaging. Since I relaunched this community 8 weeks ago (previously it was The MAP Society focused on Mindset work with 43 members), it has grown by 128 members!! I am so excited about the direction of this community. We are a collective of strong women in midlife, navigating so many changes in life from the menopause cycle, becoming empty nesters, needing to take care of your parents, navigating careers that are changing because of AI, launching businesses, all the way to planning for retirement. This is so awesome! Welcome everyone - what @Jessica Cosci is building here is so helpful. I think her background as a Mindset and Life Coach and working in Corporate is what makes all the Ai information so accessible for us. Can't wait to "meet" all of you: I live in Las Vegas with my partner (quasi husband of 18 years) and 6 pound Chihuahua. I'm an emotional resilience and mindset habits coach for women in business who struggle to focus on their goals when they're derailed by midlife changes and worries. I've been there all through my 40s, and now I help other women pivot their emotional energy to feeling good and get back on track faster.
Target Audience Research...Are you getting the most out of yours?
Most of us who are building online businesses are taught to “know our ideal client.” So ... → We create avatars. → We write down demographics. → We guess what they want. But if you're like me, you may have found that most courses or tools only get you a high-level understanding of your ideal client. What I've found now, after doing more of a deep dive into this topic, is that people often speak more honestly in the un-structured places, like.. Reddit threads. Quora questions. Facebook group comments YouTube comments. 3-star Amazon reviews. That’s where you find the real insights. The “I wish this was easier…” The “Why does nobody talk about…” The “I thought I was the only one…” The “This helped, but I still struggled with…” That is the language we actually need to build a full understanding of our ideal client, their problem(s), and their state of mind. And when we know this, we can create content that reflects our audience’s actual words back to them so they feel deeply understood. Here’s a simple AI audience research workflow: ✅ Step 1: Mine the real whispers Look at unfiltered platforms where your audience is already talking. ✅ Step 2: Look for the gap Pay attention to complaints, frustrations, repeated questions, and “almost but not quite” reviews. ✅ Step 3: Use AI to synthesize Ask ChatGPT to identify recurring emotional themes, exact phrases, objections, desires, and content ideas. ✅ Step 4: Turn the research into marketing speak Replace vague phrases like “gain confidence” or “grow your business” with the actual language your audience uses. 🔥OR, if you like having access to a tool that can do this research with you ... that's what I built The Ideal Client Avatar Builder for. 👉🏻 You provide a little upfront detail about yourself and what you know about who your Ideal Client is, and then it takes you through an IN-DEPTH analysis that will result in a full blown Ideal Client Avatar report that you can then use with your AI tool of choice to create content that speaks directly to them🎉

Day 4 of the June Challenge
I asked chatgpt to create 10 FAQ questions people might ask me about my Skool Community. Here's the result: Here are 10 FAQ questions people might ask you about your expertise as the creator of The Nurses’ New Chapter Method™: 1. Who is The Nurses’ New Chapter for? 2. What if I’m too burnt out to even think about starting something new? 3. Do I need to know exactly what business or side hustle I want to start? 4. Can I build a business while still working shifts? 5. Is this only for nurses who want to leave nursing completely? 6. What if I don’t feel confident enough to put myself out there? 7. How much time do I need each week to make progress? 8. What kind of side businesses can nurses realistically start? 9. How is The Nurses’ New Chapter Method different from general business coaching? 10. What is the first step for a burnt-out nurse who wants more freedom beyond the bedside? I then asked chatty to create a content posts based on these 10 FAQs.

I'm so glad I remembered this morning's Q&A session. I think we often assume that we won't benefit from live Q&A if we don't have a question, but the questions will come once you hear what other people are talking about. Or you can contribute something, and in turn you may learn something you didn't even know you needed. I didn't have a question, but. learned a bunch of things from the conversation AND gained clarity about whether or not I really need to spend $149 for an annual CANVA renewal (nope). I look forward to making the next one!
