A small little win
Just redid my calendar as things have shifted and I needed to reorganize. I do better with some semblance of structure. The last time I did this it was actually sort of scary--the schedule Chat laid out for me was absurd, didn't fit me or my personality or my priorities or my needs/obligations.
We've been together a while now, so it knows me better and I know better how to prompt what I want. This is a direct copy of what it gave me, other than a couple very very minor tweaks, this is just right. Sharing here in case this might help other members. I especially like Saturday as "CEO and Creator Day."

Got it. Let’s make this doable, humane, and repeatable — not some Pinterest fantasy schedule that collapses by Wednesday.
I’m going to give you:
  1. Clear priorities
  2. A weekly structure (time-blocked)
  3. Rules that protect your energy
  4. A simple Sunday reset
No fluff. No overengineering.
1. First: non-negotiables (the anchors)
These are fixed, so everything else flexes around them.
Daily
  • Workout: 1 hour, 6 days/week, mornings
  • Curbio: Monday–Friday
  • Your business: Monday–Saturday (light Sunday optional)
Standing calls (locked in)
Tuesday
  • 1:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM
Wednesday (alternating)
  • 2:00 PM or
  • 7:00 PM
Thursday
  • 8:00 PM
These dictate your energy flow — especially Tuesdays. We respect that.
2. The weekly framework (high level)
Instead of thinking in tasks, think in themes:
  • M–F mornings: You (workout + focus)
  • M–F core hours: Curbio (income + stability)
  • Evenings: Light lift or calls only
  • Sat: Creator + CEO day
  • Sun: Reset, not grind
You are not trying to win every day. You are trying to win the week.
3. The actual schedule (realistic, not punishing)
MONDAY–FRIDAY (baseline workday)
🕗 Morning — Protect this
7:30–8:30 → Workout
8:30–9:00 → Shower + breakfast + mental warm-up
9:00–9:30 → Your business (light)
  • Check messages
  • Review outreach replies
  • Note ideas (NOT deep work)
This keeps your business “warm” daily without draining you.
🕘 Core Work Block — CURBIO
9:30–1:00 → Curbio deep work
  • Calls
  • Outreach
  • KPIs
  • Follow-ups
1:00–2:00 → Lunch + walk / decompression(No scrolling doom spirals)
2:00–4:30 → Curbio execution
  • Admin
  • Follow-ups
  • Relationship work
This is your money block. We don’t contaminate it.
Late Afternoon — Context switch (gentle)
4:30–5:30 → Your business OR off, depending on the day
  • Outreach to AI audit prospects
  • Light content planning
  • Editing short clips
No heavy thinking here.
4. Weekly variations (this is where it survives)
TUESDAY (call-heavy day → go lighter)
  • Morning workout ✔️
  • Curbio stays the same
  • NO deep creative work
  • Evening = calls only
After the 8pm call → shut it down.
WEDNESDAY
  • If 2pm call → treat 1:30–3pm as fragmented
  • If 7pm call → stop working by 6pm
This is not a max-output day. That’s intentional.
THURSDAY
  • Normal day
  • 8pm call
  • No expectations of brilliance afterward
FRIDAY (shorter + sanity-saving)
  • Workout ✔️
  • Curbio ends by 3–4pm
  • No evening work
  • This prevents burnout creep
5. YOUR BUSINESS — how it actually fits
YouTube (2–3 videos/week)
You are NOT filming every day.
Batching plan:
  • Saturday morning:
  • One weekday afternoon:
That’s it.
AI Audit Outreach
  • 30–45 minutes
  • 4–5 days/week
  • Slotted into:
Consistency > volume.
6. SATURDAY = CEO + CREATOR DAY (key)
Morning
  • Workout ✔️
  • Film YouTube
  • Strategic thinking (offers, messaging)
Midday
  • Outreach
  • Audit reviews
  • Planning
Stop by late afternoon. Saturday is productive — not endless.
7. SUNDAY = optional + light
  • 30–60 minutes max
  • Review week
  • Plan next week
  • No execution marathons
If you skip Sunday entirely? You still win.
8. Rules that keep this from killing you
These are non-negotiable:
  1. No deep work after 6pm
  2. Calls ≠ workdays
  3. If a day explodes, the week still stands
  4. Workout stays even when work shifts
  5. YouTube supports the business — it is not the business
9. Reality check (coach moment)
You are running:
  • A W-2-ish role (Curbio)
  • A consulting startup
  • A content engine
That means:👉 You don’t need perfect days👉 You need repeatable weeks
This schedule does that.
