What's included:

Claude Skill File

This is the file that runs the setup for you. Load it into Claude, answer its questions about your business, and it builds your knowledge base and system prompt automatically. It works with other AI tools too, not just Claude.

Sample Data

This is the knowledge base we used for the dental clinic example in the video. Use it as a reference for how to structure your own business information.

Template Files

The system prompt template, the greeting message template, and the guardrail setup we use for healthcare and legal clients.

How to use these:

1. Download the skill file and upload it to Claude under Customization, then Add

2. Start a new chat and call it with /ai-receptionist

3. Answer the setup questions about your business

4. Take the system prompt and knowledge base it gives you into ElevenLabs

5. Connect your calendar and you are ready to go live
