Automate Your Business Full Process Guide
Most business owners start with "which AI tool should I use."
Wrong starting point. That's why the automation never sticks.
Any business automates in 4 layers, in this order:
1. Map — write down how work actually flows today. Order comes in on WhatsApp → sales rep notes it → payment on UPI → inventory checked in a register. Most owners have never seen this on one page.
2. Digitise — anything still living in a diary, a chat, or someone's head can't be automated. Get it into a system first.
3. Automate — now connect the steps that already talk to each other. Order → invoice → inventory update → delivery status.
4. Intelligence — only at the end does AI go on top. Predicting stockouts, reading customer calls, flagging what's slipping.
Skip a layer and you get an expensive bot sitting on a broken process.
