Black Liberation AI Hackathon
Quick share for folks in here who’ve been asking about more serious AI spaces.
There’s a Black Liberation AI Hackathon coming up, hosted by Synergistic Strategic Solutions. It’s a multi-week, interdisciplinary build. Not tech-only. Not a weekend sprint.
Teams are intentionally mixed across storytelling, tech, business, policy, and social impact. MVPs can be conceptual or functional, and the focus is on long-term systems work, not hype.
This is open to professionals, creatives, and HBCU students who care about responsible, community-centered uses of AI.
Applications are open Dec 15–Jan 9. The participant application is linked.
