Copilot agents

I recently started working with a company that uses all Microsoft systems and I’m trying to figure out how to get copilot to automate some things for me. Does anybody have any experience with Copilot? It doesn’t seem to be the best but it has to be able to create functional AI agents for remedial tasks. An example is I’m trying to get reports emailed to me to automatically extract the attached , save to a folder, convert to a CSV so I can consolidate the reports and run better analysis. He would save a lot of time if an agent could get it to the folder and saved a CVS for me.
