Here are the ingredients for my blueberry lemon ice cream: βΊοΈ
In a 16oz pint mix the following ingredients:
Approx. 7oz of coconut cream (I like to buy a can of coconut milk and use the top white part of the can, which is usually the coconut cream that has separated from the milk, or you can buy a can of straight up coconut cream) π₯₯
Mix in the zest and juice of 1 lemon π (Sometimes I like to put in 1.5 lemons)
Add 1-2 tbs of honey or to your liking π―
Add 2 scoops of unflavoured protein powder πͺ
Top up the pint with soy milk π₯
Mix all ingredients well
Add a handful of blueberries π«
Freeze for 24hrs
Mix the frozen pint until it reaches a creamy texture (I have a ninja creamy machine that can do this)
