π Question:
From @solo.stamen βHey Tyson, I just wanted to know what are the things that I have to know before going into a sales call? I would like to help these business owners with their problems, but I can't imagine the back and forth questioning, as well as the objection handling.β
π Answer:
Every call is different, but here is a rough idea of things youβll probably need to know.
βοΈ The exact problem they have
βοΈ The impact it has on the business
βοΈ How long itβs been an issue
βοΈ What have they tried to solve the problem
Then you need to know roughly how you can help them, so that you donβt fumble on the call.
You canβt prepare exact details in advance, but you can get some ideas in place, like:
βοΈ The types of copy they might need
βοΈ How much copy might they need
βοΈ Price ranges of your solutions
Because every prospect has different needs, itβs important to adjust your quotes and solutions on the call to match the situation.
If you want to get a feel for sales calls, do some roleplays with 4D members where they play a prospect.
You can ask them to be a nice prospect, and then later move into more problematic ones with objections you can practice.
Hope this helps bro, get out there and crush it πͺ
Everyone, this is your reminder to practice sales call roleplays.

(I can only show you the path, I canβt walk it for you)
You donβt want to get a call booked and then crumble under any pressure.
