Does he have an existing landing page that you’re changing?

If yes, you need the login details to the platform to make the changes.

If no, you need to explain that he needs to subscribe to a platform that will allow you to build the page/funnel. (Kajabi, Go, High Level, Clickfunnels, something like that)
