Is my outreach was a shit ?

“Man, you’re seriously crushing it, big respect bro — love what you're building.”

But when I do that, most people either just react (👍❤️) or ignore the message. I’ve also heard that you should “give free value” in your DMs, but I’re confused:What does “free value” actually mean?And what kind of DM should you send that counts as giving free value?
