I know.. I fucked up, so I need YOUR wisdom

yo fam, so I had joined this community about a year ago right- I was determined to absolutely OWN THIS SHIT even though I knew it wasn't gonna be easy, and even though I thought I was prepared to take it on, I let myself down.

Once school started I and I started playing football I was left on E everyday and so I stopped copywriting. Not for a few weeks, but a YEAR. Now, months of studying just poof, down the drain, cuz when revisiting my notes and shit it feels like a COMPLETE GIBBERISH.

How shoud I get back into it? What courses, training tactics, methods and shit would u advice me to start implementing?
