In some cases, it is about the niche, but most of the time it doesn’t really matter…
I personally think ActiveCampaign is the best.
I use it for my list, and I speak to clients about changing to it.
It has a lot of features, and it’s really easy to build sequences...
... but it is one of the most expensive options.
Now, if you have an ecom client, it’s likely they’ll already be running something like Klaviyo.
It’s great for building those graphic-heavy emails, and it integrates with tools like Shopify really well.
All ESPs have their pros and cons, you just need to find what works best for you and your client.
