Victory Monday 5/11
Huge Wins from this past week: - Taught two near full capacity classes and had nothing but positive feedback according to the General Manager. - Did a solid recovery run with the dogs over the weekend - Had a massive donation over the weekend for the Beyond Type Run Fundraiser. And now my NYC Marathon registration is ALMOST covered for November Also, HUGE S/O to my wife, who made over $300 DoorDashing! How did everyone else do this week?

Weekly Community Engagement Schedule
VICTORY MONDAY: Every Monday, we celebrate any and ALL wins that we accomplished the past week (Fitness, Career, Personal, Life, etc.). This is our Bread and Butter of the 4 AM Marathoner. It provides excitement, encouragement and camaraderie in our community. ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY: Every Tuesday, we set goals that we will accomplish in the upcoming week. We hold ourselves accountable by discussing the steps that you will take to accomplish your goals. If you hit your weekly goals, SHOUT IT OUT on VICTORY MONDAY! If you miss your goals, THATS OK! Just be honest, adapt and discuss the steps that you will take to accomplish your goals. WISDOM WEDNESDAY: I will post a Motivational video, picture or an encouraging Bible verse that will give you some encouragement throughout the week. SATURDAY MILE LOGS: Every Saturday, we post how many miles we put in. Whether you walked a mile, ran 100 miles, ran around the block, or any distance, POST IT! HOT TIP: the more you engage (comment, like, share, post), the more perks you get 🥳 Perks include special Shoutouts on social media and an invitation to be a guest on the Revolutionized Athlete Podcast.

Saturday Mile Logs
Every Saturday, we put in our Saturday Mile Logs for accountability, encouragement and engagement. Whether you walk 1 block around the neighborhood or run 50 miles, we want to hear from you on how you are crushing your health and fitness goals, one mile at a time. Today, the dogs and I put in 4 recovery miles just 6 days after the Frederick Half Marathon. We were all in good spirits and blood sugars stayed pretty stable the entire time. How many miles did you run today? Let me know in the comments 👇🏻
