30 Days of Walking in Peace
DAY 12 Life doesn’t always go the way I planned, but peace isn’t shaken by the unexpected. God is never surprised, never caught off guard, never scrambling for a backup plan. When things shift suddenly, His peace reminds me that He’s still in control. “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1 (NKJV) Lord, when the unexpected comes, steady my heart. Help me trust that You’re guiding every step. Amen. 🙏🏻❤️

30 Days of Walking in Peace
DAY 11 Progress doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s slow, steady, almost unnoticeable. But peace grows when I stop comparing where I am to where I think I should be. God works in the small steps just as much as the big ones. Peace comes when I trust His pace. “Do not despise these small beginnings.” — Zechariah 4:10 (NLT) Lord, help me find peace in the slow steps. Remind me that You’re working in every part of the journey. Amen. 🙏🏻❤️

30 Days of Walking in Peace
DAY 10 Some days my body feels tired, and peace feels harder to hold onto. But God meets me even in weakness. His peace doesn’t depend on my energy level — it comes from His strength. When I’m worn down, He becomes the calm that carries me through. “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) Lord, be my peace when I feel tired. Let Your strength steady me and Your presence refresh me. Amen. 🙏🏻❤️

This morning, God reminded me He’s still working in the quiet moments. Yes — This morning was one of those quiet reminders from God that He’s still working behind the scenes. I was moving slow, doing my best to follow doctor’s orders, and trying not to lift anything heavier than my coffee mug. Meanwhile, Janice was getting ready for work with that same laser‑focused determination she always has — hair going one way, the rest of her going the other, and a level of multitasking that should honestly be studied by scientists, ha! At one point she said, “Todd, why are you standing there? You know I’m needing in there!” So I shuffled out of the way like a man who knows better than to interrupt a woman on a mission. I try to stand where I think I’m out of the way — but somehow, I always end up exactly where she needs to be, lol! But as I watched her rushing around, something hit me. 🥹 We’ve been through a lot lately. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually. And yet… God has been faithful through every single step. He’s been healing my body. He’s been strengthening our marriage. He’s been stirring up the ministry He placed in my heart. And He’s been filling our home with a peace that doesn’t even make sense on paper. Sometimes the biggest blessings don’t show up in big moments — they show up in mornings like this. Simple. Ordinary. Sacred. A wife heading to work. A husband healing. And God right in the middle of it all. If you’re in a season of recovery, waiting, or uncertainty… hold on. God is moving even when you’re sitting still. Praying strength, peace, and unexpected joy over you today. Much love!! 🙏❤️

30 Days of Walking in Peace
DAY 9 Waiting seasons can stretch the heart, but they can also deepen peace. When I stop fighting the delay and start trusting God in the middle of it, something shifts. Peace grows when I remember that waiting isn’t wasted — it’s where God strengthens faith, builds patience, and prepares the way ahead. “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him.” — Psalm 37:7 (NKJV) Lord, help me wait with peace today. Teach me to rest in what You’re doing, even when I can’t see it yet. Amen. 🙏🏻❤️
