Today's Win: Condensing Time & Pushing Through
One of the big secrets of the "15-Minute Win" isn't just about starting things—it's about how it changes your perception of time and effort when you're ready to quit. It’s a mindset shift that proves big results come from small-but-hard increments. Here was my win for today: After a grueling 45-minute weight workout—probably one of the hardest I've ever done—I decided to add an abs component: three sets of halos, around the worlds, and bear planks. After the second round, I had my head down, totally spent, thinking, "There is no way I can do a third round." And then the mindset shift kicked in. I realized: "This isn't even going to take 15 minutes. This is just three more minutes of effort." So I pushed myself for those last three minutes and finished the final round. And I'm so glad I did. I finished my workout feeling strong and knowing that the last set—the one I almost skipped—was probably the one that made all the difference. That's the power of condensing time. It's not about the 15 minutes; it's about realizing you have just a few more minutes of fight in you. Your turn: What was your win for the day or the week? I can't wait to hear about it in the comments. 👇

What Was Your 15-Minute Win Today?
I was in the kitchen this morning staring down a mountain of dishes after a big cooking marathon. My first thought was, "Ugh, I'll deal with this later." It was totally overwhelming. Instead, I looked at the clock, took a deep breath, and gave myself a challenge: get it all done in just 15 minutes. It actually took me about 18 minutes, but guess what? The kitchen is now pristine, and I was able to move on to my next task feeling accomplished instead of feeling that nagging guilt all day. That's my 15-minute win for the day: tackling the dishes and winning back my morning! Now it's your turn: What was your win for the day? It doesn't have to be big. Share it in the comments below! 👇
