This community was created for one purpose, to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself. Our official kickoff is Monday, August 3rd! Between now and then, we'll be getting everything set up and sharing a few things to help everyone get acquainted. Each daily workout is available in two formats: Written Format: Posted in the community feed Full Workout Video:Available in the Course tab To access the video: 1. Click the Course tab. 2. Select the workout for the current day. 3. Press play and follow along with the full workout! You can choose the format that works best for you, or use both! DAY 3: 17 MINUTE CORE
You made it to Day 3! Today’s workout focuses on strengthening your entire core while improving your balance, stability, and control. Workout Format 17 minute core workout 30 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest Exercises: 1. Chop Twists 2. Reverse Crunches 3. Hug Crunches 4. Side Crunches — Left 5. Side Crunches — Right 6. Rollouts 7. Seated Kicks 8. Half Wake-Ups 9. Three Hammer Crunches 10. Mountain Climbers 11. Chair Holds 12. Opposite-Leg Touches 13. Clam Twists 14. Alternating Reverse Crunches 15. Suitcase Crunches 16. Leg Raises 17. Planks 18. Seated Twists 19. Star Raises 20. Reach Crunches 21. Open-Close Crunches 22. Sit-Ups Keep your core engaged, control each movement, and remember to breathe. Move at your own pace and modify any exercise when needed. DAY 1: 15MIN FULL-BODY WORKOUT
Get ready to work your entire body! This workout combines cardio, strength, core exercises, and mobility movements to help you become stronger and build endurance. 30 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest Complete each exercise in order and modify movements when needed. Exercises: 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Skip Overs 3. Squats 4. Lunge Twists 5. Squat Reaches 6. Planks 7. Full Wake-Ups 8. Elbow to Knee/Hand to Foot — Left Side 9. Elbow to Knee/Hand to Foot — Right Side 10. High Plank 11. Crawl-Outs 12. Reverse Crunches 13. Lunges to Squat 14. Side Lunge to Reach 15. Close-Stance Squats 16. Shoulder Taps 17. Bird Dogs — Left to Right 18. Bird Dogs — Right to Left 19. Knee Touches 20. Hammer Crunches 21. Knee Touches 22. Jumping Jacks 23. Squat Holds 24. High Knees Move at your own pace, focus on proper form, and take additional rest when needed. The goal is not perfection, it’s to show up and become One Day Better! Today, we’re finishing the week with a core-focused workout designed to improve your strength, stability, and endurance. 20-minute core workout 40 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest Exercises: 1. Foot Touches 2. Seated Twists 3. Seated Holds 4. Full Sit-Ups 5. Alternating Reverse Crunches 6. Flat Flaps 7. Sit-Up Twists 8. Leg Kicks — Left 9. Leg Kicks — Right 10. Plank 11. Step-Outs 12. Rollouts 13. In and Outs 14. Mountain Climbers 15. Kick to Crunch 16. Prisoner Holds 17. Crunches 18. Hammer Crunches Keep your core engaged, focus on controlled movements, and remember to breathe.
