Money or meaning — why not both?
Here's something I've been thinking about. Most "passive income" plays leave you feeling kind of empty. You make money, sure. But nothing about it matters. The apartment gets rented. The stock ticks up a few points. You refresh an app and watch a number change. And that's it. Sober living homes are different. You hand someone a key to a clean, quiet house. A bed that's theirs, a locked door, a place to sleep without the chaos they came from. Someone in recovery gets a real shot at rebuilding. And that same house is recession-resistant, backed by real brick-and-mortar, and throwing off cash flow every single month. Money and meaning. Not one or the other. And here's the part that makes this yours to run: your funding bridges the whole thing. Your contractor swipes your 0% business credit card for the paint, the flooring, the new fixtures. No cash out of your pocket. The rehab gets done. Then the refi closes or the rent checks start hitting, and you pay the cards off. You just used interest-free money to build a cash-flowing asset. That's the whole game. Some of you want to invest and stay hands-off — money in, returns out, never touch a hammer. Some of you want to operate and run the thing yourself. Both work. Both build wealth. Both change lives. That's exactly what we're getting into on a live Zoom. @Jennifer Silletto runs the REO play across multiple properties. She recently bought one in Henderson, KY, renovated it, refinanced at a $161K value, and walked away with $25K cash at closing. She's got the systems and the team to walk investors through it. @Will Burke has spent 10+ years in the treatment industry. He operated 5 sober living homes in PA, and now owns them across OH, IN, and KY. He's housed real people, passed real inspections, and knows the compliant way to do this. The way that doesn't cost you lawsuits, money, or lives. 📅 Tuesday, August 12, 2026 — time and Zoom link dropping this week.

Opportunities (Biz) Sober living presentation Right on, David! 👊🏽 I’ve come across sober living as an investment model before, but never really stopped to take a serious look at it. My focus and interest has been more on Section 8 real estate, but I’m always open to learning about other solid ways to deploy business funding. I really appreciate you bringing different opportunities like this to the community and connecting the funding side with actual ways to put the capital to work. I’m definitely interested in hearing Jennifer and Will break down the numbers, operations, and how this works in the real world. Looking forward to the Zoom — and definitely keep these real estate/deployment opportunities coming! 💳🏠

You are truly a Gem. 💎 I resonate with your testimony of your mentor. Praise Jesus for your best friend. Jesus says that person is closer than a brother. Kudos to him.
