I’ve walked through my share of trauma, loss, and heartbreak — experiences that left me feeling lost, heavy, and disconnected from myself. Healing and spirituality have been my lifeline through it all, and that’s why I created this space: a gentle, supportive place where we can explore, grow, and heal together. I’m a Reiki Master and intuitive, but more than any title, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel broken… and also to find your way back to light, clarity, and self-trust. I should probably introduce my little shadow and soul pup, Paisley. She’s the sweetest, most loving little ball of fluff — part angel baby, part emotional support gremlin. She’s fiercely loyal, especially to me, and she has this uncanny ability to sense people’s energy. She loves babies and children, drawn to their innocence, but when it comes to adults… she’s extremely selective. If Paisley approves, you’re golden.
