Me, my wife, and my sister. Plus two cleaners and a VA.
About 75% of tenant messages get answered before a human sees them. The AI drafts against our written procedures. My wife supervises what it cannot handle. The whole software stack costs less per month than one plumber visit.
But here is the part that matters: the software is not the moat. The written rules are the moat. AI can only answer as well as the procedures you wrote down. If your process lives in your head, there is nothing for automation to copy.
