So far, I have personally learned about 45 roads of Obatala. Each "road" is a different aspect. These aspects show up in various ways in our lives. The different roads of Obatala offer wisdom and guidance on a specific level.

One main taboo to remember about Obatala is; he does not take alcohol as an offering EVER!
The reason for this is one time he was drinking palm wine, and was very intoxicated. He had a quota with making the heads of the coming babies to be burn.
