Take action
Recovery doesn't come easy. It takes work, and dedication. Once you make up your mind that you are done, that's when growth starts. If you don't know where to start, I do. Reach out. If you don't I can tell you the blue print for success and it's up to you to find the resources and help to give you the results you desire.
You can know you need change. But if you don't take action, you will stay in the same place you're in right now. You dont change entirely over night. But you take one step a day in the right direction, without taking any steps backwards and in no time you WILL be a changed person.
