Charlie Kirk a fictional character!?Played by spencer Cox Utah Govenor

Hi,I came across something interesting after watching the Govenor of utah SPENCER COX recently and an interview was held at the shooting site and the guy interviewed Spencer cox said noone even new this guy existed til now , which was strange ,I ACTUALLY think that they took Charlies character away to change into the Govenor and ofcourse the the fact he needed to be removed???
