Great race weekend
Sorry, been MIA, we raced this weekend, happy to say I am exhausted 🤣 but was well worth it as my ladies crew brought home some silver wear, it was an IDBF Middle East & African Championships. Sr A 200m🥈prem 200m 🥈prem 500m 🥈. Sunday was horrible as we started off with a massive sandstorm blowing through from Iraq I think it was so I got a wee bit of a throat and sinus infection as did a few others so we have been resting up this week. Hope everyone else has had a fabulous weekend
