Central Coast SurviveOars Clinic 🗿 in Morro Bay - August 2025
What a fantastic day working with the Central Coast SurviveOars team heading to Sarasota for Nationals 2025! There's nothing better than working with a focused group of dedicated and committed paddlers who are hungry to improve.
Huge thanks to skipper Preston for driving the chase boat during our first session - having that support on the water makes all the difference! And grateful to Roe for providing the OC1 for our second session, giving us even better coaching angles. And I got to scrimmage with the crew.
Super stoked to have seen massive improvement from start to finish! We covered everything: start work, finish work, 2K turns, seating adjustments for better balance, plus dialed in those crucial 200m and 500m race pieces.
The progress was incredible to witness - this team is going to be dangerous in Sarasota! We'll keep sharpening the sword and fine-tuning every detail as we build toward Nationals.
Remember what we worked on during the 1:1 dockside work!
Can't wait to see you all represent at Nationals! 💪
