What a fantastic day on the water with Capital Outrigger Canoe Club in Sacramento! The paddling community here continues to grow and shows such dedication to improving their outrigger technique.
Thank you all for your focus and enthusiasm during our water sessions! We covered essential drills including change, brace, touch the water, put away your wallet, crush the triangle, grab drinks, and many others.
Your commitment to learning and willingness to try new approaches was inspiring.
Special thanks to Ahna for coordinating this clinic as well as the Aquatic Center for letting us use the skiffs to support the coaching and learning. It made for an excellent training environment.
