I’m Roxana, and I’m thrilled to collaborate with all of you! Here’s a little about me:
✨I’m 28 years old and the founder of AMZ Recruiting, where I’ve been running the show for the past 3 years. Before that, I spent 5 years as a software engineer, and my career journey took a turn when I realized I wanted to focus on building meaningful connections and helping others grow in their careers.
🌋 Cool projects I’ve worked on: One of my most challenging yet rewarding experiences was hiring 15 Angular developers in just one month—a fast-paced project where teamwork and determination truly paid off!
👩💻 Proud accomplishment: Over the last 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of hiring almost 100 candidates across various roles. Seeing people thrive in the positions I help them secure is the best feeling!
🐶 Fun fact: I have a major soft spot for dogs! My two fur babies are my absolute world.
