AI is incredible at speed, automation, and pattern recognition. But it cannot replace:
• Human judgment
• Legal accountability
• Ethical decision-making
• Risk ownership
Oh and I'm an AGI Naysayer 😏 No machine comes without RISK. But then again, that's where my job protection comes in...aka security. 🤓
As AI grows, Data Privacy, Security Architecture, and Governance become even more critical, not less. The CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) still stands strong… and now we’re adding LC — Legal & Compliance. Because you can’t automate liability.
🔥 Faaaacts, you're not an attorney but you expect me to believe you can build a bot that can accurately factor in legal ramifications with ALL known variables... 😏
Security must now be baked directly into AI systems, from training data to prompts, APIs, and deployments. And as AI-powered attacks increase, we will need more:
• Threat Hunters
• Incident Responders
• Security Engineers
• Digital Forensics
• GRC & Privacy Leaders
AI doesn’t eliminate cybersecurity jobs.
It evolves the titles, elevates the skills, and raises the responsibility.
The future isn’t “AI vs Cybersecurity.”
It’s AI + Cybersecurity + Governance.
💭 What role do you think will grow the fastest in the AI era?
Does anyone have a different opinion?
