Teaching, life, and other things we do can quietly pile on weight but God invites us to lay it all down and rest in His sustaining care. As we continue through December, I’m praying that you experience God’s peace in a fresh way. This can be a busy and stretching month for teachers but God is close, and He will strengthen you one moment at a time as you allow Him to. This week, take intentional moments to quiet the noise around you, slow your breathing, and be still before Him. As you pause, may His presence meet you, calm you, and guide your steps. As we step into the last month of the year and move toward Christmas break, let’s pause and thank God for all He has done — and all He will continue to do as we finish this year strong.
