Hi, I’m Lydia! I’m a kindergarten teacher with 11 years of classroom experience and a proud mom of two. I created this community to support teachers and parents through all the parts of teaching we don’t learn in school—classroom management, IEP meetings, UDL, parent communication, work-life balance, and everything in between. Teaching and motherhood have taught me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m so glad you’re here.
