Im So Happy You Are Here
I’m so glad you’re here. This community is brand new, and I’m in the process of building out lessons and resources, but I want to make sure I’m creating content that actually helps you. Before I start adding lessons, I’d love to know what you want to learn more about most. What would be the most helpful for you right now? - Behavior strategies and classroom management - Leveling and grouping students to meet their academic needs - Tips and tricks that make day-to-day teaching easier - Parent communication and hard conversations - Organization, routines, and staying sane during the school year Feel free to comment with what you’re struggling with, what grade you teach, or anything you wish someone had explained to you sooner as a teacher. This space is meant to grow with you, and your feedback will shape what comes next 💛

Welcome!
Hi, I’m Lydia! I’m a kindergarten teacher with 11 years of classroom experience and a proud mom of two. I created this community to support teachers and parents through all the parts of teaching we don’t learn in school—classroom management, IEP meetings, UDL, parent communication, work-life balance, and everything in between. Teaching and motherhood have taught me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m so glad you’re here. Use this to introduce yourself! Are you a parent, teacher or maybe even both!
