For you: Keep a small "Wins" notebook. Take 60 seconds to write down one good thing from the week. Remember to smile!
For students: Give them a blank piece of paper and have them draw or write about a win they had today.
-- Make a space where they can keep these reflections / wins and re-read them from time to time. Perhaps even during a challenging time so as to remember all the Great they have accomplished.
