I'm Chris "Twinkletoes" Martell, and I'm on a mission to raise the quality of teaching across the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I've been training BJJ since 1997, teaching since 2002, and in 2012 I became one of the first black belts in my home state of Connecticut (as well as the 20th black belt under BJJ Legend Roy Harris).
I'm here to distill down my years of experience teaching across industries, to share hidden best practices from other fields that haven't made their way into BJJ gyms yet, and to show you how to supercharge your own ability to teach BJJ.
