Glad you're here. This is for people building an income online alongside whatever they already do. A content writer. Someone who runs funnels. A 66-year-old looking for a way out of his job. A real estate investor adding another stream. Some are further along than others. Nobody's pretending. WHAT THIS PLACE IS FOR The free guide gives you 20 prompts. Those are the quick wins — copy, paste, done. In here we build the other half: your Business Brain. It's one page about what you're building, who it's for, and the words they actually use. You build it one prompt a week, an evening at a time. Then you paste it above any prompt you run, and the output stops sounding like everyone else's. YOUR FIRST THREE STEPS 1. Open the Business Brain course — first one in the Classroom. 2. Download the template, then do Prompt 1. 3. Come back and post one real thing a customer or prospect said to you. Work at whatever pace suits you. Everything stays up. WHO'S RUNNING THIS I'm Thomas. I'm 57. I paid for the training and earned 16 certificates across the AI tools people actually use — 157 lessons, 67 hours of it. Most of it was filler. My job now is handing you the part that wasn't. I'm building this in public, which means you get the real version: what's working, what isn't, and what I'd do differently. ONE THING WORTH SAYING UP FRONT These prompts give you very good guesses. They don't give you facts. That's why every one ends by telling you what to go check with a real person. It's the least fun part and it's the part that matters — it's the difference between a document that helps you and one that just looks nice in a folder. Say hi below and tell me what you're building. — Thomas Thomas

Prompt 2 is up — what you actually sell
Quick honesty first: I said one a week, then went two weeks without posting one. That's on me. Here's Prompt 2. Prompt 1 was about them — their problems, their words, what makes them hesitate. Prompt 2 is about you. Specifically: what you sell, said in a way they'd actually repeat to someone else. Most of us describe our work in category words. "Consulting." "Coaching." "Curriculum development." Nobody buys a category. They buy the thing that's true afterward. WHAT THIS ONE GIVES YOU Section 2 of your Business Brain — what you sell, what changes for them, and why you instead of the three other options they're weighing. HOW TO START 1. Open the Business Brain course in the Classroom. Prompt 2 is the new lesson. 2. Paste your Section 1 answers at the top of it. This one only works if the AI can see who you're talking to. 3. Run it, then argue with it. The first draft is never the keeper. Haven't done Prompt 1 yet? Start there. Nothing's expired, everything stays up. Same rule as always: what comes back is a very good guess, not a fact. The prompt ends by telling you what to go check with a real customer. That's the part that makes it worth anything. Drop your one-sentence version in the comments — even a rough one. I'll tell you where it's still too vague. — Thomas

What's your honest relationship with AI right now?
No wrong answers — I'm genuinely curious where everyone's starting from. Drop the number that fits: (1) Never really used it. Not sure where to start. (2) Tried ChatGPT a couple times, didn't stick. (3) Use it here and there, but not sure I'm getting much out of it. (4) Use it weekly and want to get sharper. Wherever you are is fine — this community works for all four. Knowing where you're at helps me post the stuff that's actually useful to you instead of guessing. I'll start: most of the owners I talk to are a 2 or 3, and they're usually one or two good prompts away from being a 4.
I build my websites with AI now (here's one)
Quick one for anyone who's ever put off building a website because it felt too technical. I don't code. But every site I run now, I build myself with an AI website builder called Lovable — you describe what you want in plain English, and it builds it. No developers, no wrestling with templates. Here's one I made: https://creatorwealthsystem.com Why this matters for you: a simple site is where your free guide, your offer, and your email list can finally live in one place — and you don't need to hire anyone to get there. If building a site has felt out of reach, it's not anymore. Drop a comment with what you'd build first — a landing page, a portfolio, a little shop — and I'll point you in the right direction. — Thomas
Hey, I'm Thomas 👋
Quick intro since we're just getting started. I'm Thomas Madison Sr, 57. I spent a long time watching small business owners get talked past by "AI experts" who made it sound complicated on purpose. It isn't. The people I've seen get the most out of AI aren't the techy ones. They're the ones who learned a few good prompts and used them every week. That's what this community is. I build the prompts, you put them to work, and we compare notes on what's landing. So tell me in the comments: (1) What kind of business do you run? (2) What's eating up the most of your time right now? That second answer usually points straight at the prompt that'll help you most.
