Hello All. New to the STR but felt that I needed to be here to have a smarter tax strategy rather than paying hundreds of thousands of dollars every year to IRS.
I want to save money on taxes because I feel that I should be in control of the money I earn.
I am just starting out in STR Business. Probably too late for a good STR in 2025 but setting myself for a early 2026 purchase
I am looking for the right property and getting my team ready. I have realtor. Will be needing a lender and a set up team and a cohost to help. Will need guidance about meeting the 100 Hour rule AND having a co-host.
