Been here a while but never posted my intro post!

• Why do you want to save money on taxes? Not just “to save money” — but what does that money mean for your life? Hoping to retire from my W2 earlier than originally planned so I can spend more time with my family.

• Where are you right now in your journey? We purchased our first STR in the Smokies, October of last year! I am hooked and hoping to purchase our second at the end of this year or next year in a beach market — looking specifically at PCB right now.

• What’s your #1 challenge right now — your “big domino”? The one thing that would make everything else easier? Definitely feel like there’s so much I can learn from this group. I have questions around entity structures and LLC creation especially now that I’m trying to learn more about co-hosting. Excited to learn more from this group.
