I’m a STR real estate investor with 5 STRs and tipping my toe into co-hosting. My husband owns a construction co (residential remodeling) and has worked for investors for the past 20+ years. Now… he’s my contractor 🎉🎉
We buy hot mess properties that need a ton of work; the kind that other buyers avoid. This is how we can add a ton of equity.
What I want: Time freedom. The ability to choose how I spend my time.
My struggle: Bookkeeping 🫣😵💫🫠
But don’t have a budget to hire one
I’ve tried QBO but I’m not accountant-literate and I find it confusing so I ignore it … and don’t close my books 🤦♀️.
Just started with REI Hub for the properties.
Now need a similar user-friendly platform for his company. Freshbooks or Xero ?
