What Is This Community?
This community is made for college students and broke adults who understand the pains of being underweight Our objective is to share all kinds of content such as diet plans, workout plans as well as psychological triggers which help people to transition from a skinny to muscular phase The community is brand new as of now until we get a 100 members, all content is either uploaded already or in the process of being made so you can socialize and work towards your goal of putting on size alongside other members who understand your pains PS: This group is free to join for all members but I'm going to be charging for it soon. I'm inviting the first few members in free for life as "founding members"

As of now, we're focusing to create the following in our community: - Course for workout plans according to the amount of time and variety of equipment members have access to - Cheap yet calorie dense meal plans which help members to maintain a caloric surplus without having to eat a nauseating of food every day - Psychologic and physiologic elements to implement into their lifestyle which make their journey easier and help them to make progress - QnA/Consulting calls with myself as well as other people in the fitness community Currently looking for suggestions to add more to the community, what do you guys think would be cool and useful to add?
