The Body wisdom and trauma
This video resumes important aspects around the way trauma mechanisms are stored inside the body and how they can manifest. Embodiment tools are often require to increase awareness about trauma and how we can heal both at psychic and body levels. This embodied approach is helpful when there is a strong dissociative pattern and we need to build the re-connection with the body.

Womb Trauma &the Core wounds of the feminine

Here I speak about Womb trauma according my original approach stemming from IoPT theory by F. Ruppert. I also bring into attention the 3 core wounds of the feminine - the mother wound, the sister wound and the witch wound and how they relate to womb trauma.
At the end a shamanic journey with the witch is offered.
