These systems can feel stacked against everyday people. Rules aren’t explained clearly, the process often feels one-sided, and the language can be confusing. In many cases, that’s true. These systems run on procedures and phrasing that aren’t obvious. Knowing how things are framed, which questions matter, and what you’re allowed to ask can quietly affect the outcome.
