Hi, I’m Michelle :)
Very excited to be a part of this health journey and meet other people interested in maximizing their health and well-being. I have a tendency to go in and out of working on my well-being in a half-hearted way at times and in obsessively full force at other times, fudging things here and there and that’s something I’m pretty okay with. But I also have a feeling that the energy to do more and be more might come from some of the easier wins I can learn here with regard to supplementation and dietary habits. Just looking for new ways to pull the motor string on the lawn mower that is my body. 😂
Would love to get myself to actually stick to a weights regimen. Also have one of the celiac genes & notice that cutting out added sugar from my diet did wonders for me 8 years ago. Curious what else is out there.
Also hoping to start a family in the next couple of years if everything goes as I want it to, so having a baby that is healthy with zero problems and complications is another strong motivator to be the best I can be to myself.
