1. Lifting your head too high. ❌ to fix this keep your head straight and look down at the bottom of the pool. When breathing turn your head to the side keeping one eye in the water. ✅ 2.❌Holding Your Breath Underwater. ✅do bubbles and breathe slowly out.

The top mistake most beginners make
The top mistake beginners make is holding breath under water. This makes people panic and sink. The fix is bubble breathing. Blow air out your nose the whole time your face is in the water. When you turn your head, breathe air and go back to bubbles. No holding. No rush. This works fast and feels easier in one lap
