๐Ÿฅ‹ White Belt Stripe 1 โ€” What's Your Trust Profile?
Trust is the invisible operating system behind every relationship you have โ€” with your team, your training partners, your family, your business. Most of us never stop to examine how we actually build it.
Stripe 1 just showed you something specific: your exposure style (how much of yourself you reveal) and your safety style (how much space you create for others). These two patterns shape every interaction you have โ€” at the gym, in meetings, at home. And here's the thing: there's no "correct" combination. An Open & Direct person paired with a Guarded person can be an incredible team โ€” IF they understand the dynamic.
Here's what to do:
  1. Take a screenshot of your final Trust Foundations profile (the summary screen at the end)
  2. Save it somewhere you'll find it โ€” you'll want to compare this to your results at Blue Belt
  3. Post your screenshot below
  4. Then answer these questions in the comments:
โ€” What's your exposure style, and does it change depending on the context? (Think: are you more open at the gym than at work, or vice versa?) โ€” Look at your safety score. Think about the person you lead or train with most. Would THEY agree with that number? โ€” What's one specific moment from the last week where your trust pattern played out exactly as the tool described?
Read what others post here. You'll start to notice something: the people whose profiles look different from yours are often the ones you find hardest to connect with โ€” and understanding why is the first step to fixing it.
