Hi beautiful people! I completed my 7 day Pattern Interrupt on Sunday. I find myself 2 days later still just needing to pause in this present moment, savoring what it feels like to be ok. For the first time in a long time I know with sovereign certainty that I am going to be ok. I took my journey offline with Surina, as it felt to raw and tender to share yet. I need some time to process and metabolize this sacred journey. I love what Surina said to me, "I want everyone to feel this is a safe space to finally tell the truth.......to let it all out and bare your deepest soul." There will come a time when I am ready to share my whole story. But for now, this image that AVA created from my art, says more than I ever could. This is me and I am SOVEREIGN. I am so grateful for this journey and so excited for what AVA will mean to so many people!!! Lots of love and huge hugs!!
